Many of you already know...well, now all of you know...I am no longer in the race for State Senate. I stepped out to make way for Angela Laughlin, former president of Shoals Patriots. However, that does not mean I am going away.

I have learned so much over the past 6 months. There is still so much that needs to be done. It seems no matter how great the candidate is, the politics are still the same. I am not quite sure how I am going to make a difference at this point, but I know that God has a plan, and I am just a character in the grand scheme of it all. Just know, though, that I will still be making a noice and working hard to get the conservative voice heard in our community! As I have always said, I work for you...the People!

Obviously I am staying with the same theme I was using for my campaign. Why did I decide to do that...and why still use Rosie?

Well, back during WWII, the men went off to war, while the women worked at home to support them. Rosie was the symbol of "We can do it!" And they did do it! The women filled the gap here at home to get the job done!

Nowadays, both men and women are going off to war. But here at home we have our own battles to fight. Our liberty is being challenged every day! It is time, once again, for everyone to step up and do their part to secure our freedom and preserve our nation for our children and future generations to come!

That is what I am doing! I am taking up the job to fight for you! I will be rolling up my sleeves and working hard to support you and secure that future for our children!
